Hello, my name is Anna and for years I felt disconnected from life sometimes. I had a hard time keeping track of my ideas and different items going on in my life. I would find I would make lists and plans but have nowhere to keep them. This typically resulted in various pieces of paper lying around and getting lost.

I created these items to feel less anxious about life, but because of my unorganized way of going about it, it would create even more stress and uneasiness. Keeping them in order became a chore on its own, so I needed to find a place for them that I knew I could keep track of.

And then I found bullet journaling and everything changed. The more I researched about using a bujo, I realized how useful it could be in my life. The more I used it and customized the journal how I liked, the more I started to become more organized and together.  I’ve always been a very artistic person and I loved making things look aesthetically pleasing so this allowed me to incorporate that part of myself into my daily life!

I’m shy and I prefer not to show my face in pictures so most of the pictures I take, the angles, you will see are from a viewer’s perspective. You can check out the picture gallery HERE, or the Instagram account I set up for Bujo Center. I also enjoy making YouTube videos based around the articles if you like to explore that way.

This also allows those of you to feel like you are the one in the picture. You will feel personally connected with the picture and bring inspiration for your next bullet journal spread.

While I enjoy creating new and aesthetic spreads, I also feel like bullet journaling has helped me with many issues in my life like my mental health journey. While reading and exploring the site you will notice that I focus as much on the “Why” to use a bullet journal as much as the “How”.

I find that mental health is one of the most important and useful issues a bullet journal can help you with. There are many ways a bujo can help you along your mental health journey from mental health trackers to prompts to help anxiety! I hope hose of you out there who visit Bujo Center find you can use a bujo to help you with your mental health journey as well.

I enjoy writing about a useful bujo spread but I also like having good tips and tricks for getting spreads done and looking good. Of course, it never has to be perfect, but putting a personal spin on your bullet journal is a key way to staying engaged.

Finding simple ways to help your bullet journal come alive will increase your excitement while using it, which in return helps make it a part of your daily, weekly, or monthly life.

Not only will this help you along your experience with your bullet journal but you can make it something you are proud of! It also can become a way to bring that creative side out of you!

I understand not everyone is very artistic so I like having more options for those of you who need help. You will find throughout the website, I have many ideas for your bullet journaling of all skill levels and abilities. Each of these will be helpful as you work on being comfortable with bullet journaling.

There is also a comment section for those of you who still have more questions. I will always answer them in a timely manner and hope others chime in as well. If you feel like there is a topic I didn’t discuss feel free to point it out so I know what you all are looking for.

I often find myself procrastinating. Working through mental health and just general life things can already be hard enough. So for today's post I wanted to go over spreads that encourage productivity. Spreads that will help with a less stressful cleaning schedule and just overall getting a routine together.

In this post there are two things: a cleaning list and a ideal routine. Cleaning is something I often put off so I came up with a simple weekly cleaning list. This will help me stay on top of keeping the house clean. The ideal routine is what I would like my day to look like, nothing to crazy just a simple daily routine to get into. Sometimes having a routine can help you stay more productive.

Each person’s travel kit will be different according to what you consider important to have along with you. Using a habit tracker can help you take charge of your life and remind you of what needs to be done. For my habit tracker I included things like drinking water, exercising, and flossing.
