I often find myself procrastinating. Working through mental health and just general life things can already be hard enough. So for today`s post I wanted to go over spreads that encourage productivity. Spreads that will help with a less stressful cleaning schedule and just overall getting a routine together.
In this post there are two things: a cleaning list and a ideal routine. Cleaning is something I often put off so I came up with a simple weekly cleaning list. This will help me stay on top of keeping the house clean. The ideal routine is what I would like my day to look like, nothing to crazy just a simple daily routine to get into. Sometimes having a routine can help you stay more productive.

Hello Everyone, today we have a gratitude log spread. I like sticking with writing down one thing each day that I am grateful for. Logs like these help me with my overall well-being. Gratitude logs are helpful for days when you are stuck or having a hard time with your mental health. You can look back at each log and see your progress as well. One of my favorite hobbies is drawing, for this spread I left room for me to embrace my hobbies and draw my heart out. I even drew an aesthetic page for November. I embraced my hobbies even more by going on a hike and taking aesthetically pleasing photos for this spread. These are all hobbies that I tend to find zen in and I wanted to incorporate that within bullet journaling.

Keeping track of your finances isn`t easy but with this spread I have made it a little more interesting. The 30-day no spending challenge will encourage you not to spend. It is rewarding to fill in a day with the color green meaning I have went a whole entire day without spending. Of course you need to spend money sometimes so I have left a section to include my final amount so that I can have an idea of what I spend within 30 days. This can be helpful when you need to save.

Lately, I’ve had a lot on my mind so I’ve decided to dump all of it into my bullet journal. My brain dump page is just a place for anything I feel might be necessary to write down. The more important things can be color coded with a red marker. Some items in my brain dump are random. For example, in this photo you may notice office ideas. These are just a few ideas I have for my new office that I don`t want to forget about or have really been on my mind to include.

The Konmari checklist can be very helpful in many ways. This time I used it to help me with the laundry. Laundry can be very difficult to get done as it is a very tedious task. Separating each type of clothing into categories made getting laundry done faster.
